Post marriage property right to ladies- not to be given

I am aged 60 years and a divircee. I have got re narriage proposals. I do not want my new wife to get any benefit from my exisitng property which are meant for my sucessor son and daughter. Can she claim share from the property or maintinence after my death or files a divorce after a specific period.

if you want to give your property in your life time then give them by making registered gift deed in favour of them , or if you want to give them after your death then make your will in favour of them witnesses It by two persons and registered It in the sub-registrar office of your area , make all the arrangement before your re- marriage .
