Power of attorney

Hi,

I have bought a property from a builder in Ghaziabad. In which one of the board of directors authorised third person to present the documents in registrar office on the behalf of him and for that I have copy of power of attorney. But all the pages are signed by the director himself when he has authorised someone else. That third person has signed only once on the back side of a page with photograph in the seller column rest all pages were presigned by director. However he [third person] has given biometric at registrar office. Is that document considered legal.. please suggest.

The power of attorney holder is the director hence he has signed the registered sale deed in all papers, however his authorised representative has been authorised to sign at the time of registration of the deed, hence signing on behalf of the POA is common and it is not seen as an infirmity even by the registrar concerned.
