I am sympathetic towards your situation. With less than 24 hours left for hearing, I would suggest that you dont react and create any new issues that may go against you.

You still havent shared with the forum your understanding of the root cause of the discontent. From your last post, it appears , the issues is from your in-laws. You need to use tact and connect with your in-laws and understand what is really bothering them.  Use third party/elders to understand the issue. 

It takes two to tango - what is the real story from the other side ? 

You do need a legal representation in the court. Dont  go by yourself. Prior to or at the time you you get the vakalatnama signed by your legal, try to get a NOC signed simulataneously otherwise you may become a dual victim - your own lawyer may harass you for more money. As per law, the legal representative or you lawyer is your servant and he is supposed to serve you. When the lawyer senses desperation and sees money, they will start serving their needs. With a signed NOC, you can always substitute your lawyer with another lawyer whenever YOU want. 

Do post an update after your hearing.

Your situation made me re-read the thread and as an actionable next step, I think you should follow the advice of learned JSDN-advocate Defense. 

Quoting him again here, "be clever and file tactful RCR , to avoid counter action.Even if a snake is not poisonous, it should pretend to be venomous."

You are dealing with a poisionous one. 

I disagree that filing RCR has any benefits.

In one of similar post I had given the example of DEVANAD who was matinee idol but died unattended.He was living with his wife in partitioned house. While Shammi kapoor balding, ageing and no shape was having heroines after him like bees.

You have learn to be tactical to come out of the problem. Truth is relative . Only a corpse in a grave can be said te the real truth., nothing else is in this world.

I had also given the story of DUMAS  a french writer whose novel THRE MUSTATEERS is still best seller even after hundred yeares , who was ugly from all respects but a hit with woman and one of your friend was furious on me for that story.
