Procedure of scheduling court hearings

Hi All, I filed contested divorce against my husband in Nov 2016. My husband filed counter petition in January 2018. In between, the court has given time to file counter almost a year.  I want to know the procedure of scheduling the court hearings. How exactly the time gap is maintained. What are the factors considered while scheduling the dates.

Will this information be available in RTI or else any other sources which can provide these details.

Please tell me the where can i find this information with your valuable comments.

You will need to talk to judge in private and see what are his or her free days and adjust them along with your free dates. Once that is achieved, rest is simple.

You can simply ask the judge in writing, tell your free days, with time etc mentioned in particular. If you dont get a reply. Follow up with RTI application.  If RTI application is not replied.  File complaint in consumer court regarding the same. Hope this helps.
