U can get it from copy branch of the concernd court, fill the form with details of the case, put 5 rs stamp on thre paper and submitt to copy branch , u will get the copies in one week
Get the paper from any copier from there

Anybody can apply for certified copies
Go to cort all photocopier have the form u can give them rs2 and get the form from there
Most court websites doesnt have online forms, so better go to court and apply from there
