Sir,
I have filed a suit under Mohammed law at Madras family court during march month and the hearing date was 31 May 2011. I just want to know, whether the suit can be withdrawn by me now? before the hearing date for any reason? is there any problem to me from court side for such action?
Please help it urgent.
