About a year back, I bought agriculture land that supposed to be under project (Lower bhavani project?) conditional land in Erode District, Tamilnadu. Per news papers there are about 22000 acres of such conditional patta land in this district.
Before I bought the land, people around the land was passing by the land. After I bought, I fenced the land. Recently, I got a letter from RDO (Revenue Divisional Officer) that the land purchae is not valid per Revenue standing order 15 (22). For which I responded saying that I will pay necessary fee and convert it in to ayan patta. Now he says (Due to political and other pressures) that I need to leave way in my land before converting it into ayan. The questions that I have are:
1. Is the project conditional patta land sale is not valid?
2. What does Revenue standing order 15 (22) say?
3. Do I need to leave way for people as RDO says?
4. Can I get an Injunction order against #3?
