Properth sold by fathers brother

 In 2003 my fathers brother sold his property without his consent and sign . I believe he forged his sign while selling the property. can I take any action now or can I claim the property?

Your query requires clarity.  you have not stated full facts. If a document is forged you have to file a case by consulting a local advocate.

When the property was sold in 2003, first justify your stand for keeping silent for 17 years, as law can not support lazy and indolent cases, and the date of your knowledge.  Mere suspicion is not enough, there should be concrete proofs for such suspicion.  Have you checked signatures at Registrar's office.
