I am the only son of my parents with a sister who got married recently.I live in my fathers flat which is currently on his name.My father passed away recently and currently i live in his flat with my mother.My two questions are as follows.
1)If in my fathers will he has willed this flat to me and mentioned in the will that the supervision will be done by my mother,do i become the sole owner of this flat?
2)If in his will he did not give me this flat and gave it to my sister do i still have a right as a son over this flat?
