property

my father left a registered will in which he excluded my eldest sister and divided his self acquired house to 3 other sisters(including me). Later he also transferd the property through registerd gift deed in our favour. We did not got the property mutated in our favour. though posession was transfered. after my fathers death in 2007 now in2009 my sister has filled a suit for share. in the petition she has asked for permanent injunction apart from partition & possession. Can anyone please explain what is permanent injunction? Will mutation not been done effect the case?

In a Partition Suit Injunction with all probabilites - injunction not to alienate the  suit proerty till the disposal  of the  Partition suit.

Mutation is not  affected is not   a point- the Documents executed by your father in  your favour to be relied  &  proved by you  agaisnt the claim of your sisiter

Permanent in Juntion - it  will be granted  under   Decree on  fianl disposal of the  suit .
