Dear sir my father was died in 2010. my mother and me are staying in the same house and my two sister is married, me and my mother had decided to sole out this property, but my father had not make any will or nominee on this property, one of my sister is not ready to give NOC to make a RD tranfer to my mother name, and she want her share, and me and my another sister is ready to give NOC to my mother, and this property had purchased by father in 1987. there is no record in dda, and property purchase in notery 100 rs stamp paper, so sir i want any posititive solution on this topic so we can easily sold out this property.
