Dear Sir,
My Father in law died 11 years back and recently my mother in law died. They left some Gold calue worth Rs. 3 Lac and a plot in Delhi 125 Sq.Yds as their property.
My Brother in Law is not ready to give any share from this to my wife.
So kindly advise me how my wife will get the share from that property. Where she has to knock the Door. Is she has to appoint any Lawyer for legal purpose.
