Dear Sachin,

Upon your grand mother's demise , the property will devolve upon your uncles also. You may challenge the same , and the outcome may not be in your favour.

your uncles right in this property and their share in this property.

your uncles have got equal share in the properties of your grand mother.  If you proved that it is your father's earned property, your grand mother had no independent income to purchase the property then your unlces will loose their rights over the property.
