Hi all,
I purchased a house for 65 lakhs and my father built a house worth 2 crores (50% mine and 50% dads)
Due to my busy schedule both were kept on Moms name. Now my dad due to sickness wants both to be transfered to my name, mom wants to sell it and enjoy money, they pushed him from steps and got paralysed and damage to brain.
I dont need that property I can earn in no time, but as per fathers wish I want to get it back (liek arevenge or what ever), but how to proceed on that.
