Your deceased father signed agreement to sell, PoA or sale deed in Sub-Registrar’s office…?

Did the lender approach all of you to take possession of house?

The lender has involved all in family/legal heirs………..

Approach a very able Senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and having a successful track record …and worth his/her salt…with all case related docs…
