Property -electricity power lines

I am in process of buying plot near Kanakapura road, Bangalore. Its from well reputed developer. There are some high tension power lines on whole project and there is one line passed around 30 meters away of my proposed land too. I just wanted to know if any legal issues staying near by this power lines and property verification.

Sir,

You had better confirm the ownership of the plot from the collector's office also please confirm whether any high rise constructions are permitted in the area. There may be chances of physical hazards of residing near a high tension power line,

Good Luck,

You know your land in which zone?

which type construction you built their?

how many floor you construction their?

If possible high tension power line transfer 60 meters from your proposed land then you give application at government concern authority and if they agreed for that u can pay charges for that.

‘Buyer Beware’ applies to property deals.

Avoid buying such property.

Prefer to obtain proper legal opinion from local counsel specializing in property/civill matters, before buying any property.
