Sir..there are six brothes and five of them want to distribution of property according to them while other one does not want such distribution.
if the other one does not sign on legal paper for such distribution.

Question(2)- will the distribution of property stop?
Question (3)- is the sign of 6th brother matter for distribution if five brothers are ready for distribution?

If sixth brother does not sign the pratition document then other five brothers can approach court and file partition petition. If sixth brother has any objection about share distribution he also has right to approach court for partition for appropriate share in property.
