Property on wife name

Dear All ,

I have bought three properties on my wifes name, in the past 10 years of our marriage,

Now I feel insecure as i feel , that i have done some thing wrong. Because things are like that now.

Now is there any way , to claim the property that i have purchased for my wife.

Re registering on my name will be very costly.

Pl guide me .

If she is willing to give me as a gift , what shall be the process.

And also , is there any way to get is like in the form of power of attorney....
