How can i get my house registered if sale took place 30 years ago??

The seller and buyer or their legal heir can appear before registering authority and register.

^An unregistered sale deed does not have any value in the court's eye. Whoever you purchased/inherited the house from 30 years ago will have to be there if you want to register the property afresh. Note, it my involve fine and may be registered at current property rates instead, which could prove an expensive process.
