Property related query

I have read that a child cannot get the property titles until he/she turns 21. Is it true? And in case if both the parents die, who will look after the property if the child is not yet of a legal age??

Ca you quote the authority where you have read that a minor/ person below 21 years of age cannot be titleholder of property (ies) ? To my mind answer is "NO".

In case both the parents of a minor die intestate, it shall devolve upon successor(s) as per personal law applicable. However, District Judge of the minor can (may) appoint a guardian of such property as per law.

Prima facie it is a hypothetical academic query, which should be put to your  tutor / professor.

Hello,

After the death of both the parents the minor child can get the property being legal heir of parents. Near relatives can apply for guardianship of the child and for management of the property.

Where you have read? Anyhow, this is wrong  unerstanding.
