I have purchased a land and registered the sale deed in 2006 now that i would like to dispose the property i have come to the notice that in original sale deed the following discrepancies
1) The sale deed it is mentioned the old survey number and the new survey number has been tampered with white ink.
2)Can i obtain the CD from the sub registrar office.
3) what are the formalities to obtain the CD from the sub registrar office
4)If the tampered new survey number is as the same in the CD then as a seller what are the rules and regulations to be followed.
5) To add the old survey number should the vendor presence required or not.
First, apply for CD, and after verifying the details consult a local lawyer. How can say if tampered with or not without verifying the details?
