Your father has not make any will so that the property of your father will goes according to Hindu Succession Act. each heir will got one share of your late father's property.

On Death of Male Hindu , his wife, his sons, his 0daughters ,hsi mother ,are, all Calss - I heirs and entitled to share the proerty in equal share, in the absence of any Will Deed .
