husband & wife adopted a girl child.However after few years matrimonial life broke down and they are divorced. Presently Adopted daughter is with father but mother has filed a suit for custody opf girl child.Can anyone guide me what are the property rights of adopted girl child and who is entitled for custody of adopted girl

she has full rights in property.as regard custody it will depend upon age and wish of child.
