Protected tenant declared by court

I one of the partner of firm had made new firm with same name ,same nature of business with legal heirs of previous partner .does my rights continue to be tenant

If the agreement with the landlord is the name of the firm, the reconstituted firm's rights are protected.  You can show the agreement with the landlord to a local advocate and take his opinion on recitals as the successors are also bound by such agreement.
