I really don't understand that why is there an act called notary, 1956. I mean it really sucks. Because according to the new regulations of UGC all university student have to submit a affidevit regarding ragging regulations, while taking admission.
In other hand, I'm seeing almost notary public lawyers has fixed rs. 500/- fee for notarizing it. Which is affecting all the student from lower and middle class family adversly. They are doing this because they thinks that student doing engg/medical are from rich family.
No, That is the miss-understanding. You all the lawyers lsten. We students are completly fu**ed up. But legally fee for notarizing is max. 150/- in case for international level.
You people are really pain.
