one of my senior is faceing fallowing problem
public sector govt of india under takeing company appointed him as a manager with perticular role and confirm him based on his performances after coplition of probtion period....later when promotaion time is aproching or some may not like him ....management snach all the powers with out giveing reasons,defameing,cutting perks etc... of course salary is paid,this is seems to be a insult to profeession.
under such conditions person can go to HC for justice for a claiming that comany is not adhereing the appointment order and mentaly harasseing or huma right orginastion...?
