Public Interest Litigastion has been developing in India, any  Ptriot  Person can file Public interest litigation in the interest Poorest of Poor or Richest of Rich. Where the Constitutional Rights, Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 of United Nations have been violated the Public Interest Litigation can be filed by any citizend of  India. A Letter was wrtieen to the Supreme Court of India was treated as Writ Petition and relif has been granted. Suprme Court Judgement  Bandhua Mukti Morcha V. Union of India. Reported ( 1984) 3 SCC 161. I request the Patriot People of India to file genuine Public Interest Litigation to Protect Citizen  the Constituional Rights and Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 of United Nations.
