Que: 1 Is it necessary to carry-out original or xerox papers of either Bike / Scooter or Any two wheeler when it is used by the owner or other person in town or elsewhere ?
Que: 2 Whether Traffic Police has power to detain it in absence of its original paper or xerox.
Que: 3 Can he has power to seize vehicle or its original RC book, License and other papers due to its number plate or font is not according to the law.
Que: 4 In case of any fine, whether RTO Dept. of State or Traffic Police can charge a fine on the owner of vehicle in above fault? How is the authority to do so.
Que: 5 What are the consequences, fine or penalty is chargable in above fault, under which law.
