It can not be PAKISTAN act but it will surely be INDIAN ACT.
Any body having knowledge of GUJRAT MONEY LENDING act , pl inform form where to get its copy.

Is there any money lending act in Delhi?
Can NBC charge 22% interest on loan amount AND IN CASE OF DEFAULT 36% PLUS Rs 15/= per day as penality ?
