I AM INTRESTED IN PURCHASE OF SHOP IN MUMBAI IN REGISTERD SOCIETY BY BUILDER BUT SOCIETY HAS PUT NOTICE BOARD NR SHOPS THAT BEFOR PURCHASING ANY FLAT / SHOP PLEASE TAKE NOC FROM THE SOCIETY.WHEN I WENT TO SOCIETY FOR NOC THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SHOPS BUILT WERE ILLEGAL & THEY WONT ISSUE NOC FOR PURCHASE BUT I FOUND THAT THE SHOPS WERE LEGAL & GOT IT CONFIRMED BY LOCAL AUTHORITES BY RECIVEING THE COPY OF APPROVED PLAN,COMMENCMENT CERTIFICATE, BUILDER TOLD ME THAT SOCIETY WERE HARRESING HIM AS HE HAD AMENDED PLAN FOR SHOPS AFTER COMPLETING WHOLE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM TO GO WITH THE DEAL AS SOCIETY WILL NOT ACCEPT US AS THE MEMBER.HOW CAN I DEAL WITH SOCIETY LEGALLY AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE SHOPS.
