Quash petition

charges are framed u/s 323,342,511/376 IPC. revision petition against summons pending in sessions court.

The period of togetherness is 50 seconds.

The allegations are inherently improbable to happen,

Usually, the courts are very slow to allow discharge, though with what you have mentioned there may be a good chance for acquittal after trial. In so far as quashing of charges or duscharge by High Court is concerned, as I mentioned, generally the courts are slow to do that except in some very exceptional cases. Without knowing detailed facts, it is difficult to comment about the chances of success before High Court. But, with that caveat, let me add that if you have sufficient financial resources, there is no harm in trying that since you claim that the allegations are improbable to have happened.
