Courts in different States follow their own names. Only a local advocate or the respective  Registry would be of assistance in this context.

Sir this is new filing status ..in punjab and haryana high court chandigarh  and my advocate is out of station at that time . So unse bat ni hui ....thereafter I post this query

He can always be reached through phone whereever he may be. please remember that he will be right poerson to let you know the details because he only handled this case before court.

It implies that the petition is yet to be considered by concerned court.
