i am selected for scientist and in my attestation form asked by upsc i filled i am prosecuted ,i have case in yr 2000 with section 147 ,323, 341 of ipc which later in same yr compromised and i am acquitted and bound for good behaviour for a yr.but in the next column where i have fill have ever been convicted i said it No and against have ever been fined question i said NO as answer and i attached a copy of court order in which it is written case is compromised and and copy of result is weed. can i be charged for concealment of fact because i donot think boundation as penalty,plz reply
