A rented his shop to B for a specified period on the expiry of which automaticaly B is supposed to vacate. The period  is over but B does not comply. A few months extension unofficially given to B on humanitarian rounds  by  A.. Still B would not vocate. A locks the shop on a holiday after informing the police in writing.  Almost an year has passed. No trace of B. B has left his computer in the primises. Now A is advised by his friends to open the shop and start his activities. A also wants to sell his property. How to wriggle out of the mess if it really is?

You will have to examine the terms and conditions mentioned in the Rental Agreement thoroughly before initiating any actions in this respect.

If U ask me ..... I would advise u that no need to examine the clauses of the rental agreement ...... u have clearly mentioned that the rental agreement period had expired .... despite that B did not vacate ..... none of the clauses in the rental agreement would hold ground as the said agreement expired ..... Sometimes U have to use common sense also ..... Please start using your premises
