A rented his shop to B for a specified period on the expiry of which automaticaly B is supposed to vacate. The period is over but B does not comply. A few months extension unofficially given to B on humanitarian rounds by A.. Still B would not vocate. A locks the shop on a holiday after informing the police in writing. Almost an year has passed. No trace of B. B has left his computer in the primises. Now A is advised by his friends to open the shop and start his activities. A also wants to sell his property.
