Hello,
I am interested in buying a plot in Kolwadi Greens (Manjari-Theur Road, Pune (MH)) and it is on agricultural land (30 acres).
The developer is selling residential plots without doing N.A of it but says registration / stamp duty can be still done.
This property comes under Kolwadi Gram panchayat.
Please advise on the things we need to check before buying such property.

If ur purpose is to build a house ie residential purpose the land should be N A land from collecter of Pune .the plot layout should be sanctioned by ADTP Pune.check N A order and TP sanctioned plan for grampachyat area.
