As rcr is not mere physical comming of wife to husband home but it has to be complete husband wife relations .if that is not established because of her behaviour how can I get divorce .

RCR is vogues thing and view of judges also vogues in RCR. It will not help at all.

RCR is restitution of conjugal rights and mere physical presence or togetherness of both husband and wife on the basis of order by the court will not solve the issue. If the wife refuses for conjugal relationship, this can be termed as a ground for divorce.
