Hi All,
I want to change My mother pan card name.
My mother name is geetha Adhar and Pan, And other document has different name,
Now i can able to change my mom name to geetha in Adhar, but for pan they were asking gazzet document.
But i didn't apply for name change, due to some miscommunication it happened,
Now, Is there any way to change name in pan ?
It's urgent, if any one knows please help me out.

In which documents your mother's name is different and what is her original name? How did you change the name in Aadhaar?

The name change process is to be followed to change the name.
An affidavit duly notariosed to be made after which you have to get it published in local newspaper and then through gazette publication.
The law cannot be change or broken due to your urgency.
