Receipt of Summons

i am husband.
right now i m in abroad.

my wife file false DV case and send summons for CRPC-125 to my abroad office.
At my office reception has accept it and sign the acknowledgement slip.
but after he send back to POST Office mentioning that "this person is not working here".

Post office has sent back summons to Court at india that "there is no such person" on summons courier.
but during this time acknowledgement slip with accepted has already sent back to india.

MY Q :
Summons is consider as accepted ?

OR

since summons has sent back to india with "no such person" on cover but in acknowledgement slip sent with accepted ?
