Rectificaiton Deed - How to get it

Hello,

I have recently applied for a home loan and the bank has asked for a rectification deed. My seller and me does not know what a rectification deed is and how to get it.

Can some one assist me on this.

When some error crepts in a document,then it can be rectified by drafting a deed called"RECTIFICATION DEED".It can be mutually done and registered as the original was executed .Unfortunately you have not cleared what error the banker is pointing out to be rectified.
