Mr.Qutubuddin, as Dr.Vashishta said, you try on your own with able guidance of senior members of the bar but to prepare yourself you buy small books with less price namely key to civil cases/civil-criminal trials and after reading/knowing it from books you can also ascertain from court staff about the entire formalities (at every case you file even after you become experienced), so that there will not be any chance for doing mistakes.

The cheque cases u/s NI 138 are technical in nature. Civil liability has been provided with criminal punishment.
