Dear Sir,
Pls confirm whether re-petition of case can be filed after 6 years time in high court Mumbai. We sorted intervention of Mumbai high court and hire a Lawyer for which we have paid him his fees in 2006. After 6 yrs of time it comes to know that this lawyer has not filed the case and he too has misguided us for such a long period of time. Since the vacation is going on, pls suggest and guide can we re-file this case again. If yes then what would be procedure in this.. Pls guide us since we are totally unaware about legal formality needs to be confirm. We have blindly believe this Lawyer but he too ditches us.
