Regarding a gift deed

1. Can I sell a Gift deed presented to me by my grandfather when I was 5 years old ?

2. My age is 33 now.

3. When the gift deed is done, My mother has linked as a guardian as I am minor then. Can I sell this gift deed without the consent of my mother Now ?

A Minor AFTER attaining status of Major, can directly sell his property without the consent of the Guardian, by executing a Indemnity Bond with strategic clauses, without any further references to the Guardian, who shall have no right over the minor's property.

A copy of your birth certificate and the affidavit may be produced along with the sale deed to be executed in favor of the buyer.

Yes,you can sell your property without consent or signature of your mother.

After attaining majority you have beocme eligible to sell the property acquired on the basis of said "Gift Deed, wherein consent / signature of your guardian (at the time execution of subject "Gift Deed") is not required.
