regarding community certificate

respected sir/madam I am Dharmendhar from Chennai I was born in Chennai and I have all my proofs of Chennai like birth certificate , aadhaarcard ,but i don't have community obc certificate and I have community obc certificate of Rajasthan my question is can I get state quota in medical college in Chennai or Tamil Nadu by showing Rajasthan's obc certificate and other proofs of Tamil Nadu?? please reply I will be very grateful and thankful
