Sir presently I am working with Canara Bank on Contract Employment. Bank made us join the Bank with a stipulation and guidelines mentioning that we are purely on Contract Term even if we are working similar to the profile or work which others regular employee are working.
SBI also hired staff in similar manner but they Regularized all after some time.
We are now looking forward to move to Court to get regularized. I would seek your cooperation in this regard that should we move to court or some other means we should try.
