Regarding noc issued by central govt department

I am an employee of a central govt department. I applied for a no objection certificate to my department to pursue distance course from " indira gandhi national open university" but in tha NOC issued to me by my department the university in which i have been given permission to pursue course is written as "India Gandhi Open University". The word " national" is missing. Therefore i will be very grateful if anyone help me by clarifying if the incomplete name of university in the NOC can creat any problem to me for pursuing course and later updating my service record after completing course.

Don't agree if anyone in office says 'It doesn't matter'.

Keep attested copy of the NOC with you.

Submit representation for correction of error and attach copy of your application shoing " indira gandhi national open university" and NOC showing "India Gandhi Open University".

Pursue to get the error corrected and original NOC with correction.
