Regarding property valuation

In any area at what percentage the consideration price of the flat can be extended compared to market price of that flat.
For Example:-At 'X' place the market price is ₹3000/sq.ft but the consideration price is ₹5000/sq.ft.

What should I do??

Please guide with reference.

This all depends on specific issues, need and if you are a purchaser, it all depends on the bargaining power. Though the market price is less, the consideration is always more depending on location and demand in that area. Please elaborate on the query.

The amount agreed between the buyer and seller must be included in the sale consideration clause. This is the amount that the buyer agrees to pay to the seller during the sale deed execution. The sale amount should be stated clearly on the deed, as it was agreed upon.
