IN 2001 MY FATHER RECIEVED A REGISTERED POWER OF ATTORNEY FROM MY UNCLE AND ALSO MADE A SALE DEED (IN NORMAL STAMP PAPER) WITH FULL DETAILS OF BANK TRANSACTION AND POSSESION .
NOTE: POWER OF ATTORNEY WAS NEVER CANCELLED
NOW, MY FATHER MADE A SALE AGREEMENT ( IN NORMAL STAMP PAPER) WITH ME IN 2014 WITH A DETAIL MENTION THAT I WILL START REGISTERING THE LAND FROM 2017 AND WILL PAY MONEY EVERY YEAR IN A FIXED AMOUNT UNTIL WHOLE LAND IS REGISTERED
ON APRIL 2015 MY UNCLE DIED. NOW ACCORDING TO MY INFORMATION POA DISSOLVES AS SOON AN ATTORNEY DIES.
I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS?
CAN I STILL REGISTER THE LAND ON MY NAME ?
CAN HIS LEGAL HEIRS CLAIM THE PROPERTY?
IS THEIR ANY WAY WEAK POINT IN MY CASE THAT CAN STILL BE MADE STRONG?
CAN A 2014 SALE DEED BETWEEN ME AND MY FATHER STILL BE MADE REGISTERED?
