a lady who was staying illegally* with the donor had executed a sale deed (at DRO) to a third party hiding the facts of Gift deed & Cancellation Deed in the documents; but the buyer is aware of the facts..
Till date she is in possession of the property.
A police complaint was registered for cheating over the lady..
The police issued a notice saying that the case is Civil in form after 7 months...
What should be done?

this lady is married to the donor after he had a divorce his wife and later the divorced wife is expired
but the lady who married the donor had married a Sikh and proofs of her marriage are Voter ID, Passport(expired) & Driving licence that show-up husbands name..even till 2012.
This lady shows the photographs of her marriage with the donor and got registered after raising objection..
She was already given 5.0lkahs worth gold and 50,000 cash while the donor was alive.
