Regularization Casual Laobur

 

Can Casual Laobur regularized after completing 240 + 240 days in two consecutive years in any Govt. Department? pls send me related guidelines

The mode of recruitment, service conditions etc., are the criterion to be examinde .If it is covered by Labour laws, representation could be made to the competent authorities.
