If the court has framed the issues and posted the case for witnesses then you need to submit the list of witness with perticulars along with diet charges. You can also submit the original documents properly enlisted with an application before the court.
It is advisable to get certified copies of original documents isued from the court for your records ;sometimes the documents get spoiled or lost or requiered for any other pupose you can use them
